In 2026, as we celebrate 25 years in business, we’re proud to launch a community initiative focused on giving back. For every mortgage completed, we’ll donate £25 to one of twelve carefully selected local charities, chosen collaboratively with our team, ensuring each donation truly makes a difference. Music Changing Lives with Readipop

This October, Beechwood Mortgages is proud to support Readipop.

Based in Reading and working across the Thames Valley, Readipop uses the power of music to inspire creativity, build confidence and create positive change. Through music mentoring, school workshops, community projects, education and live events, the charity supports people of all ages and backgrounds to discover their voice, develop new skills and connect with others.

Readipop believes that creativity plays an important role in a fulfilled life. Its inclusive, participant-led programmes provide welcoming spaces where people can express themselves, explore their potential and overcome barriers to engagement.

From helping young people facing disadvantage to supporting emerging musicians and bringing communities together through music, Readipop is making a lasting difference, one note, one opportunity and one connection at a time.
